For me, writing saved my life. I wrote 30 pages of my story in 2012, which gave me a sense of freedom and release. Suddenly everything felt lighter and old wounds began to heal.
I went from feeling hurt, guilty and ashamed to abundant, loving and free. That why I believe when you write pen to paper, it's like medicine for your soul.
