Are You Devoted To Yourself?
At times, it can be hard to trust yourself and your inner wisdom. But if we keep relying on the opinions of others and their beliefs, we keep dimming our own light. On this episode, Ashley Cooper, a business coach talks about how we can start to trust our wisdom from within.
For many years, I dimmed my light to allow others to brighten theirs. In the process, I collapsed several times, suffered with burnout syndrome and was anaemia for years. Then one day, I decided to take my power back and honour my needs first. When I did this, everything shifted. I felt lighter and happier. I no longer felt drained 24/7. I love helping people, but if my cup isn't full, I've learn boundaries and self-care are required in this moment.
