Let’s get real, we’ve all had some form of addiction in our life. Whether that’s drugs, alcohol, sugar, relationships, sex or something else – it happens. But when we do the inner work, we can clear old patterns, sometimes ancestral ones too!
On this episode, Ruby Fremon, a business coach talks about her personal healing from drug addiction.
One of my addictions was being a people-pleaser and doormat. I was always giving and never receiving, I was a friend who would be on the phone listening to other people's problems till 3am!
My cup was so empty that I began to feel energetically, emotionally and physically sick! I had several health problems and they happened to help me save myself.
Tune in here:
When you do the inner work, you will no longer allow others to overstep your boundaries, you'll embrace the word NO and say YES to things that fill you up, versus depleting you.
The more life force energy you have, the more fuller you will feel. It all starts with self-love.
Hi, I'm Gurds!
I help people-pleasing sisters own their light.
