Remember Who You Were Before The World Told You Who To Be - Megan Hale.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard: “you’re the type of woman to wear the trousers in the relationships” or “you’re getting out of hand”. It’s sad that some men use this as a tool to make themselves feel better.
On this episode, Megan Hale, a spiritual coach talks about how we can love ourselves and become more wild and holy than ever.
I also heard the saying: "you're pretty until you open your mouth" and that came from Indian men. Now I'm not saying all Indian men are like this, but it came from men who had unhealed issues with their mothers and women, and how they show up in the world.
I now understand that I was not the problem. They were insecure of a confidence Goddess, who is unapologetic to speak her truth.
Tune in here:
Listen to your heart.
Let her speak freely.
Let her shine her light bright.
Let her be wild and free.
Hi, I'm Gurds!
