Gurds Bio
Gurds Hundal is an award winning Transformational Coach, Liberation Alchemist + Matriarchal Expert, who is a dynamic voice for the modern generation of women ready to reclaim their power. Her work is about removing patterns of patriarchy, misogyny and abuse so you can step into your liberation (Muktī) - and inner freedom.
Through her signature program Liberation Alchemy, she has guided women to remove cycles of suffering, speak their truth and trust themselves - by teaching them how to alchemize their trauma, hold boundaries, meet their inner child, embrace their feminine flow, and feel truly nourished.
She hosts the Inner Light Project podcast and was named as the #3 Trauma Podcast in the UK for 2026, and one of the Best Inner Peace Podcasts for 2020. She is a breath of fresh air for women who truly want to feel whole and worthy.
Here's a fun fact: her name Gurdeep means "Lamp of
Guru" or "Light of Teacher." Gur means spiritual guide and Deep means lamp/light, symbolising spiritual illumination. Her Middle name Kaur means Princess and equality for women, abolishing patriarchy to allow women to have autonomy and sovereignty over their own lives. Which is exactly what Liberation Alchemy teaches.
For 13 years, she has been guiding women back home to themselves. Her invitation is for women to peel off their societal, cultural, ancestral, and patriarchal layers to meet their real selves. Everything she teaches is based on her own journey of healing. She's a real example of empowerment, joy, and living liberation (Jivan Muktī).
